Dual Circuits will endeavour to ensure that you will be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from our shop. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a viable solution. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, a customer may return any goods within 14 days of receipt that are no longer required for a full refund on the value of the goods at the time of purchase.
All goods supplied by us are covered by the Manufacturers' Warranties however we understand that on rare occasions items may be faulty or may not satisfy expectations straight from the box so buyers may wish to return items for replacement or refund.
If buyers wish to return items for replacement or refund then the following conditions must apply:
i) The item must not have been used, installed, or operated.
ii) The item must be returned in its original packaging complete with any standard packed accessories or components.
iii) The item must be in fully saleable condition.
We shall not be liable for any goods returned to us that are damaged, that have wear from use, or that have been modified or misused in any way.
How to Return Items
Returned items shall only be accepted after prior agreement with Dual Circuits and where a Returns Authorisation Number has been given. To agree a return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number please email our customer support at email@example.com
Please send the item(s) together with the receipt and reason for return. Each returned item will be checked and if a fault is verified by us we reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the price paid for the item at our discretion.
A full refund will only be given if each item is returned to us in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if each item is not in a saleable condition or returned incomplete.
Only returned item(s) with a supplied Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted.
When returning items we advise you to post with Signed For recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or in-transit damage of goods to our address. All postage costs to return the faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by us unless we have verified and agreed that the returned goods were faulty on receipt by the customer. All postage costs to return goods that are no longer required are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by us.
